A Few More Weeks to Go

With midterm season underway, it’s hard to believe that there are only a few more weeks of classes left before the end of the term. For those of us graduating, there are only a few more weeks of classes left before we are done university. Reflecting on this, one thing that I have recently been thinking a lot about is what I have accomplished, what I wanted to accomplish, and what I can accomplish during the time that I have at Laurier. I encourage you to do the same – think about the impact that you have made, want to make, and can make in the upcoming weeks.
Realistically, most of my reflection has been around the SBESS and what we as an organization have accomplished in the past year. We have had a lot of ups and downs, but I can safely say that I could not be prouder of the great things that have been done by every single member of our council and the impact that they have made on the student body. The energy and enthusiasm, dedication and perseverance, and overall drive to succeed that I have seen this year is overwhelming and I hope that it has been able to impact and inspires you in some way as well.
With that in mind, I could not be more excited to introduce to you the SBESS executive for the 2012/2013 year, as I know for a fact that they will accomplish even greater things…
